Michelle is a Tax Shareholder and serves as chairman
of the firm's tax committee which has oversight of
the firm's tax policies and procedures. She has been
with the firm since 1990. She is a 1989 Summa Cum
Laude graduate of Bowling Green State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration, and she is a 1986 graduate of Maumee
High School where she was Valedictorian. Michelle's
areas of expertise include Federal and State Tax
Compliance, Tax Planning, Employee
Benefit/Retirement Plan Administration and
Consulting.
Michelle serves as a Mentor to younger
staff members at the firm. Professional associations
include the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American
Institute of CPAs, Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce,
and the Women’s Entrepreneurial Network. In addition
to her work at William Vaughan Company,
Michelle
finds time to volunteer for the United Way, American
Cancer Society, Maumee City Schools and recreational
sports.
